I dislocated my coccyx and took arcoxia; spasmend and ponstan. i now have an upset tummy and no other symptoms. do i need to be concerned that i've contracted covid-19?

COVID 19 concerns.: Arcoxia (Etoricoxib) is for arthritis (NSAID) . Spasmend contains Mephenesin & Paracetamol/ Acetaminophen. PONSTAN containing mefenamic acid & is a NSAID. They can both cause nausea, vomiting,heartburn, indigestion, abdominal pain or diarrhea. Were you told to take all 3 at once??
