Hello. i was stung twice in my inner thigh by a hornet on saturday. i still have a 1 inch+ by 1 inch rash on one of the sites. should i be concerned about it or about any stings in the future? hornet sting with rash

Observe: It is common for a local reaction to last 1 week or more from a sting or 2. As long as the redness is not expanding and you don't have a fever or difficulty breathing or swallowing,no need for concern.If it is itchy, you can apply hydrocortisone cream 2-3x/day or take an oral antihistamine(if you don't have a contraindication to doing so.Call your doctor if this is worsening or not improving.
