Bleeding after sex ?: Bleeding after sex is usually mild, and may be caused by cervical inflammation. The vaginal canal can expand to whatever dimension may accommodate the male, so bleeding from over stretching is rare. The cervical inflammation can be easily treated to eliminate post intercourse bleeding.
