No prior history of high blood pressure,its always been low.2 days ago i suddenly got lightheaded and pale i checked my blood pressure and it was very high and still is.209/146,166/140,131/110,142/102,160/91 these are just a few.whats causing this?

Hypertension: If your readings are accurate you have moderately severe hypertension which requires prompt workup and treatment. In one who has always had normal BP's,this rather sudden onset of such high BP would cause symptoms. A cardiologist is best to consult ASAP. Appropriate testing will be done. You will most likely require more than one medication to bring your BP down to normal limits.
