Fatigue /Sprintec: Fatigue is not a standard side effect of Sprintec but any side effect can happen on a drug, The only way you know is stopping the drug, seeing if the fatigue resolves and then recurs when restarting. But other things can cause fatigue so check thyroid, blood count for anemia,potassium, calcium, ANA, sed rate , CRP, to for inflammatory process . Check for COVID-19 . F/u/ w/ MD
