Perio Dermatitis : That's a new one one me. Have never heard that particular descriptive term. If you are having a gum/bone problem, see your Dentist. He/she will arrive at a differential diagnosis, and based on the diagnosis will either treat you or refer you to a specialist Periodontist for care. Do NOT expect any OTC to "fix" y9our problem.

See below: If you mean peri-oral dermatitis, take any over the counter multivitamin, in case it is due to vitamin deficiency. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Wish you good health!
