Too vague to comment: This would be a symptom pattern common to many early illnesses and or simple headache. The symptoms will either increase & become more specific or fade. In the meantime rest & hydration should be the focus of care.

Symptoms: Agree with Dr. Ferguson. If she was coming down with something and the water was really hot- could cause vasodialation and dizziness. So, warm water is fine - avoid really hot water. Monitor her. Rest and hydrate just as recommended earlier.
