Please i have had severe headache for 2 days on my left side. i am on combined oral contraceptives. it is a stabbing pain, grade 8. i also feel nauseated. i can't sleep or do anything.

Severe headache ?'s: Migraine headaches can occur and create nausea/vomiting, and current remedies can relieve them. Consult your physician for an exam, who may also order a CT scan of your head, and if negative can prescribe appropriate ant-migraine medication.
