Consider copper IUD: The copper IUD is non-hormonal & works locally (in the uterus) to prevent pregnancy. It is a long term solution with minimal maintenance. Initial insertion is uncomfortable but afterwards you are free to live life as you wish, with no hormonal side effects. Discuss this with your doc & consider it a possibility.
