None specific: Stay hydrated by drinking water or juice. If you get fever and/or pain you may take acetaminophen/paracetamol. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital.

COVID 19: You don't need specific meds. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
