Basics: Green is routine if the feed is passing through quickly (bile stain). Breast fed babies can poop a smear every feed. Diarrhea suggests excess fluid loss. The usual 3 wk old poops a total volume ~1/2 cup/d. If you think the kid is going more have the kids doc evaluate her.
