I am 33 and suspect i might have ra (rheumatoid arthritis) however i don't have a flare up currently and am not on any medication. would you recommend any preventative supplements or medication for me if i have ra but do not show any symptoms yet?

Rheumatoid arth: Never suspect you have something and then treat it on your own. Even Drs. should not treat themselves. Discuss with your medical team. Avoid supplements as they can and do put anything they want into them including arsenic, Mercury. licorice, opiods, viagra to mention a few.
