Headache/congestion/: Would get tested for COVID and even pregnancy as can have a period initially in pregnancy and can have congestion in pregnancy , especially if this is not your usual premenstual /menstrual pattern.

Symptoms: Agree with Dr. Gliksman. You could have a variety of upper respiratory infections along with your period. COVID 19 is a possibility.
