A member asked:

My blood glucose is constantly high. how can i manage it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: I cannot answer-with the information given - type one diabetes is a lack of insulin, type two is adequate insulin (but not utilized) -with type two weight loss, exercise, proper diet should bring it down -with medication if needed - I suggest that you talk with your doc and start a progam - this may require major changes - but it is worth it - take charge of your health-good luck
