Possible problem: Per the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker "minocycline may reduce the effects of ethinyl estradiol in some women." In otherwords, the antibiotic could make the Yaz (drospirenone / ethinyl estradiol) less effective. So you should use back up birthcontrol method if having sex.
