Brown discharge: Usually, brown vaginal discharge is from old blood. You may have had some spotting - causes of spotting and abnormal vaginal bleeding/discharge including fibroids, pcos, ovulation, other medications and infections. Please contact your doctor to be evaluated! good luck!
