Menstrual bleeding?: Menstrual bleeding happens monthly. A woman in her 20's who never bleeds, and is not on hormone pills to prevent bleeding, can see her primary care doctor to ask why. If wondering about other bleeding, well other bleeding should not happen. People are designed to retain blood (it is precious) so bleeding means blood vessels are broken and leaking. We don't want to bleed. We want to keep our blood.
