Wuhan studies say crp and esr are good indicators for monitoring pneumonia especially in covad patients is that true?

Not specifically: ESR and CRP are indicators of inflammation of any kind and are not specific for Covid or any other organism.

No need to monitor: Both these tests almost always are abnormal in COVID-19, but also in innumerable other infections and inflammatory conditions. They are never the only abnormality in COVID, and not often with other problems. These tests would be a waste of money to checking for coronavirus infection. Keep yourself safe and get checked if you develop fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.
