I've had muscle pains, fatigue, a constant stomach ache and headache, felt sick when eating, and overall have felt horrible for weeks. i've also felt irritated and very unmotivated. i don't even feel happy about my birthday being soon. what is wrong?

What is wrong?: You don't really have an expectation that we can provide you with an accurate diagnosis (do you?). You have quite a few different symptoms. A medical assessment would be needed to be able to provide an accurate diagnosis.
