Sun sensitivity: Exposure to the sun is a known cause of migraine or other type of headache with associated nausea for some people. The sun effect can occur after only minutes. Occasionally a rise in body temperature after sun exposure can cause headache and nausea. Try drinking a good quantity of water before sun exposure and never go out in the sun if you're already dehydrated.
