Mouth sores: May be canker sores/aphtous ulcers- due to vitamin deficiency/ food allergies/immune status - consider Vit C( grape juice - less irritating then orange juice) May be infection- strep ( needs antibiotics) or thrush if white or herpes infection- needs acyclovir a prescription . Or may be hand foot and mouth disease if has sores on hands/ feet as well.Brush teeth to keep bacteria low. F/u/ w MD
