Trich? Other STD?: Single dose treatment of trichomonas with metronidazole works about 80% of the time -- i.e. 1 chance in 5 it didn't cure you. (Upcoming new official recommendations will be to treat trich for 5-7 days.) So this might be trich. On the other hand, other STDs also are likely. See a doctor soon for retesting for all STDs.
