Lungs and BP: Depending on how severe the respiratory infection is, it could go down. If it is rising my first guess would be some of the meds you are taking for the "cold"contain stuff that may increase your BP. Read labels on everything you are taking to see if they increase BP. And check with you health care team as they know you best. Including meds they may be giving you.
