Relax: To affect your fetus any product must enter your bloodstream. No soap/lotion/cream /etc. that you put on your skin will penetrate deep enough to enter your blood, so this will have no negative outcome for baby. Other than not cleaning as well or nurturing your skin, this is no issue to worry about.
