I currently take allergy shots every 2 weeks, flonase, and singular for allergies but still find need to take daily allergy meds otc. any suggestions?

Allergy Issues: Clean up your environment . Bedding encasements, certified hepa vacuums, close windows, pets banned from bedroom, use non-dusty cat litter, never sweep, avoid all fabric softeners and scented products, check your vents and make sure all pertinent allergens are in your shots. Try different nasal spray brands. Check for sinus infections and gerd that are easily missed but can cause similar symptoms.
