Missed period: On depo or BCP? Were periods previously regular?At the time that you had no period did you check for pregnancy? Consider blood count due to bleeding, thyroid tests, sugar, sex hormones(M&F) and ultrasound - retained products of pregnancy polyps , fibroids, ovarian cysts .. May also be polycystic ovarian syndrome Menstrual irregularities do occur but must check for other issues f/u w/ MD
