I have some dry scaly patches on my calves that drain constantly. they itch excessively at night & its hard to not scratch them. there are times they dont drain, but they drain mostly at night & its a yellowish drainage. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist. ff you are overweight, it would help to lose weight. Wish you good health!
