Nobody really knows: Sea buckthorn or its oil is not a medication approved by the FDA, such extracts are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. That means nobody really knows what side effects there are. If a sea buckthorn oil user hears of some interaction or thinks she is getting side effects, she can call her primary care doctor by video to discuss the issue.
