I have a growth on my scrotum sack. started out as a pimple and now is just a bigger pimple like ball hanging. blood passes out and also like a pussy substance. its not sore unless squeezed or pressed and doesn't feel connected to anything.

Abscess: Sounds like a small abscess (boil). If it doesn't get bigger and there is no pain or redness, it will probly resolve on its own since the pus is draining. Apply warm compresses. See doctor if worse.
