Postop: After surgery, nerve endings damaged during incision,etc start to regenerate and this may produce superficial sensations. Also adhesions begin to form although these may not cause symptoms for months. Intestinal contractions are another source of abdominal sensations like movement. Severe cramping would be of concern. Your obstetrician can advise you further.
