Early pregnancy : 28y at 8weeks pregnancy complained of early pregnancy spotting. Some pregnant females do present with implantation spotting. This does not necessarily mean threatened miscarriage. It will be nice to know the size of spotting and how frequent on the pad or underwear and if there was cramping with the spotting. It will be reassuring to get early ultrasound to confirm the fetal pole size/fetal heart
