Infection/irritation: Could be a simple irritation of the eyes or infection I.e conjunctivitis. Pink eye is a viral infection but allergies and bacteria could lead to conjunctivitis as well. Bacterial infections can cause severe symptoms. Your symptoms at this moment seem less severe but see your doctor to get evaluated.
