What is the best way to get antibiotics for painful tooth and inflamed mouth at this time ?

Urgent care: getting an exam and a diagnosis is the first step. An inflamed mouth is not common with a painful tooth. An antibiotic may not even be the right treatment.

Oral pain: Most likely cause is an infected tooth. Your Dentist or Physician can call in a Rx to your pharmacy for antibiotics. Expect them to take about 2 days until you feel relief. Will stop spread of bacteria until you can see a Dentist to have the tooth treated.
