NO: Pancreatic Cancer is not related to diabetes. You are not at higher risk to get Pancreatic Cancer if you have diabetes.

Slight risk: There is a slightly increased risk of pancreatic cancer in people with diabetes. Also the longer you have diabetes the risk increases but only slightly. Be aware that diabetes can also be a symptom of pancreatic cancer.
