No: Lockdown or stay-at-home order means you stay at home unless you need to perform an essential activity: walk your dog, go to grocery store/pharmacy/doctor's office/urgent care/ER/hospital or another place that your government considers an "essential business". If you cannot walk there, then yes, you can drive there. Please wear mask and gloves when you leave your home.
