I have what i suspect is a boil on my back. the pharmacists will not give me anything without a script and it seems as if my doc is unavailable. can anyone help?

Boil vs. Cyst: It may be a boil, or perhaps a sebaceous cyst, or something else. A doctor needs to see it. It may be possible for you to have a virtual session on HT or elsewhere. He/she can look at it via the camera and ask you some questions, and perhaps give a diagnosis. Peace and good health.

Topical treatment: May want to try warm compresses, dry area well apply triple antibiotic ointment and cover with bandaid,change daily till resolved. Seek attention if fever develops or redness spreads out from area or pain increases.
