I woke up yesterday morning and after using the bathroom i wiped and had some blood. i thought my period came early but the next day i had nothing at all. i have only had this happen once so far. my periods are usually normal. should i be concerned?

Probably not : It is premature to draw any conclusions but the concern is low. You don’t say when you are expecting your period, the bleeding you describe is minimal, and there are still too many unknowns. For now just continue to observe to see if any pattern or trend develops.
