Easy in a pandemic: During this COVID-19 pandemic, much of the world is self-quarantining. That means cousins are not to visit, or if they run into each other, they should stay 2-3 meters apart. That's how easy it is to stop this pandemic. Beyond that, adults decide who they want to spend time with. If said girlfriend does not want to be around her cousin, and her cousin doesn't live close by, that should be doable.

Relationship issue: The issue really needs to be about how your girlfriend interacts with her ex-partner. Is she giving mixed signals to the other woman? Is This about friendship or about trying to get back into a sexual relationship? I believe it is your girlfriend's responsibility to deal with the issue, rather than you trying to prevent interactions.
