Call Dr: It is unusual to have irregular bleeding after 4 months on the same type of pill, especially if pain also present. It could possibly be stress related but Dr would likely want to examine you to see if evidence of some type of pregnancy (including ectopic) or an infection is present. If bleeding or pain worsens you may need to go to ER
