my period came very late, and this one isn't normal. there is a lot of clumps of blood, etc. my cervix is soft and a little high. what could be wrong?

Options: If you are sexually active, you could have been pregnant and this is a miscarriage. It could have also been a hormonal imbalance throwing your periods off. When this happens it usually will straighten itself out over 2 to 4 cylces. If not, see your doctor.
