Are painkillers known to help manage the symptoms of coronavirus?

Some may be : Painkillers are not used to treat primary Corona Virus symptoms . They can be used to treat secondary causes such as pain from excessive coughing. Simple analgesics such as Tylenol and NSAIDS, like Ibuprofen, would be utilized and have not been show to affect the disease course although initially there was some concern.
