I saw a blood in my semen since last week. and today blood during first-half of urinating. but there is no pain. felt some numbness in my testis. itch sometimes on scrotum. some body pains, specifically upper back. may i know why i am having this?

Several causes: In younger males some painless blood in semen can be normal once in a while (hemospermia) & should resolve within a day or so. But if it recurs, or you have pain or frequent urination or fever you need to be evaluated for urinary tract stone or infection or prostrate infection. Be sure to drink plenty of water daily
