Likely preg again: Pregnancy tests are really accurate when they are positive. If you had a negative test, it could have been a "false negative" if the hormone levels were very low and your urine was diluted. But in light of having a normal period in February, it seems more likely that you are pregnant again. A blood HCG level and a pelvic ultrasound would help make the situation clearer.

Pregnancy: The best way to answer your question is to have an ultrasound to determine how far along you are. Either one is possible, but if your abortion failed you will be much further along than if this is a new pregnancy, and an ultrasound can give you that answer.
