My wife is experiencing sharp to mild stabbing pain in lower right abdomen & back for 2 days that comes and goes and has no fever but had 2 bloody stools.she's also late with her menstrual cycle and has all symptoms of pre- menstruation.

See a doctor today: Abdominal pain with blood in stools needs to be evaluated. It could be parasites, a bacterial or viral infection or other cause. Since it it has not gone away, she needs to be checked today. Stop ibuprofen, naprosyn or aspirin if taking it. Best wishes!

Pregnancy test: I agree with the other doctor's answer in that it can be infectious or it can be something called diverticulitis. She should see a doctor right away and have a pregnancy test as well!
