Unlikely: Nuts and back pain would likely be more associated with some bowel problem. Pancrease actually refers pain to back and your colon for much of its course rides up against the back. Diverticular problem would be possible. Nuts could cause pain is some type of allergy causing inflamation to kidneys (unusual).
