Eyelid & Rash: Your eyelid bump may be a very small cyst which are fairly common. Please see your doctor for diagnosis. It can be removed by a plastic surgeon. The rash is likely unrelated and may be a fungal infection. See your doc for this as well - two issues w/one visit to your primary care doctor. Peace and good health.

Lid bump: The lid problem is probably a chalazion,a problem in meibomian glands in the lids.Warm compresses usually help. If persistent see an ophthalmologist for diagnosis confirmation and further treatment if necessary. Not related to leg rash.
