No but possible: Fever can suggest COVID-19 only within the appropriate context: history of suspected exposure, Hugh fever, dry cough, loss if taste and smell etc. If this applies to you or if the fever gets higher, you should contact your health care provider to get instructions regarding testing, self-quarantine and possible hospitalization then follow through!
