Nipple change: Yes it’s a hormone thing. Breast tissue changes dramatically from the be gaining of the menstrual cycle to the second half after ovulation. In the early cycle the tissue is mostly fibrous while in the later period the breast becomes glandular. Nipples too change a bit.
