Diagnosed w/ complex partial seziures in temperal lobe. when seziure happens severe stomach pain, loss of bladder control, diarrhea like water, vomiting. could this actually be abdominal epilepsy? brain is foggy for days after also.

Yes: It could be abdominal epilepsy or a vascular intestinal problem or an inflammatory bowel disease. Your stool should be checked for various infections as well. Blood work may be indicated since you feel foggy for days.
