FREQUENT INFECTIONS?: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FREQUENT INFECTIONS LIKE COLDS, SINUSITIS, SKIN INFECTIONS, PNEUMONIA URINARY INFECTIONS, YOU SHOULD BE PRETTY GOOD. THERE ARE BLOOD TESTS TO CHECK LEVELS.

Immunity: You would know by checking your serum antibodies(IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE) and by your history of recurrent episodes of sinusitis, bronchitis,digestive problems and impaired wound healing which are some other signs of a weak immune system.
